Every inflatable requires a continuous power source: a standard 120 volt, 20 amp, dedicated electrical circuit within 100 feet of the setup location. If your venue doesn't have accessible outdoor power, TheJumperStore offers a portable generator rental for an additional charge.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May through September) and around holiday weekends. Same day rentals are available when inventory permits. Each rental includes up to six hours of use from setup to takedown.
Inflatables cannot operate in rain or when wind speeds exceed 15 mph. If weather forces a cancellation before delivery, you receive a full refund. If equipment has already been delivered, the deposit becomes credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatables are in use. Our crew reviews ten specific safety rules before leaving, covering capacity limits, footwear removal, food and drink restrictions, and proper play behavior. All inflatables are sanitized before delivery.
